Midweek mindfulness

In this new mid-week feature I thought i’d share some of the ways I practice mindfullness. This week I thought I’d share start off sharing one of my favourites!

Go outside and lay on the grass, or in a park or just somewhere comfortable and take some time to watch the clouds. Simply lay back and watch the clouds.
